Come and celebrate the launch of the East Lothian Climate Hub, meet the Steering Group and hear from the Chair about what the Hub aims to do. Learn more about the collaboration between ELCAN & Lil and we'll have time for your questions too. Expect an evening of short informative talks, Q&A, networking and an opportunity to influence the early next steps.

Lothian Buses – www.lothianbuses.com Lothian Buses services 4, 30 and 106 all terminate at QMU, while services 46 and 48 are available from Whitehill Farm Road, a short walk from campus. These services provide regular connections between the University and the city centre, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, Musselburgh Town Centre, Dalkeith and Haddington

Edinburgh Waverley – Musselburgh (North Berwick Line)
A direct train operates from Edinburgh Waverley to Musselburgh train station, with a journey time of 6 mins. Our campus is situated a 1min walk from Musselburgh Train Station.
Edinburgh Waverley – Newcraighall (Tweedbank Line)
A direct train operates from Edinburgh Waverley to Newcraighall Station, with a journey time of approx. 12 mins. There is then a short 15 min walk from the station to our campus.
Cycling
Cycling is a great way to get to QMU and the university is located within close proximity to the National Cycle Route 1 which connects the centre of Edinburgh and Route 76 which runs east through Prestonpans, Haddington and Dunbar. Edinburgh City Centre to QMU by bike is approx. 30mins. If you are able to cycle to your event, we offer the following facilities:

QMU by Foot
Our campus is approximately a 20min walk from central Musselburgh and a 20min walk from Fort Kinnaird, along the National Cycle Network Route.

Car Sharing
If you are travelling to our campus by car, please consider car sharing with a colleague who is also attending the event.
