Good Home Lincs: referral partner information and updates
The Lincolnshire Good Home Alliance is a partnership of all local authorities across Lincolnshire, working together to help people stay safe, warm and well in their homes. Since autumn 2024, the Alliance has been delivering the Good Home Lincs project. The project has been extended and will now be running until 31 March 2028. These webinars provide an opportunity to learn about the outcomes from the first two years of the pilot programme, explore both new and existing Good Home Lincs resources, hear about developments to the casework service, and receive updates on the London School of Economics' evaluation of the project.
The session will revisit the Good Home Lincs section of Connect to Support, the Healthy Home Assessment, and the advice service available to professionals, volunteers and support workers throughout Lincolnshire. It will also provide information about the Good Home Lincs casework service, which is available to our named referral partners.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the types of issues the casework team can support with, how to make a referral, and the process for accessing the service. The session will also showcase examples of the team's work over the past two years, highlighting the challenges they have helped residents overcome and the positive outcomes achieved.
You can explore the available resources on the Good Home Lincs page of Connect to Support: Good Home Lincs | Connect to Support Lincolnshire There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session. There are several sessions available to suit your diary, please book onto the session which best suits your schedule.
