An Introduction to Restorative and Relational Practice

Restorative and relational practice describes an approach which enables us to build and maintain healthy relationships, resolve difficulties and repair harm when relationships breakdown. We will introduce the principles of Restorative Practice and explain how they can transform your school’s approach to building relationships and resolving conflict with children, young people and adults (developed in partnership with Mark Finnis, L30 Relational Systems). This course is aimed at all education professionals (academic and pastoral), as well as Children's Services professionals and Foster Carers.
