Trauma Awareness for Employers & those Supporting Care Experienced Young People

This workshop looks at the impact Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and Trauma can have on our care experienced young people. We explore what this means for them and the people they come into contact with. We will explore how employers and those in supporting roles can put theory into practice and how we implement Trauma Informed Practice into our everyday ways of working with Care Experienced young people.

This course is aimed at employers, job coaches, supported employment coaches, careers hubs, apprenticeship providers and anyone involved in supporting care experienced young people.
