FREE LDAP Workshop for Businesses - Children as victims of domestic abuse

On 21st of July 2026 Clair McKnight from Lincolnshire Safeguarding Children's Partnership [LSCP] and Neil Bontoft from the Lincolnshire Domestic Abuse Partnership [LDAP] will be sharing the following:

We know as a business you do not directly work with and support children but in this session we are going to take a look at:

* How you can support staff who may be affected by DA and/or are parents

* To support the workplace to know what to do if they have any child safeguarding concerns

* An awareness of how a child is now seen as a victim in their own right

* The impact DA has on children and adults

* How we can protect the victims

The session will be delivered 09:30-10:30hrs. We would ask that attendees are online at 09:30hrs to enable a prompt start.

This online workshop is aimed at those private businesses, who wish to support their workforce in this subject matter, therefore is aimed at HR staff, Line Managers, Senior Managers, CEOs, Directors, and Safeguarding/Wellbeing Leads, although we would not rule out others attending.
