Fremantle Yoga Centre (89 Petra St, Bicton) Note: this is by Canning Hwy

Enjoy a truly magical 60-minute sound healing journey in Fremantle with:

  • A calming guided meditation and gentle short restorative yoga practice (approx 30min) to ground and drop in and relax on a deep level.
  • A 60-minute sound bath with the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, crystal harp, voice, shamanic drum, chimes & more.

These calming and transformative sounds will wash over you, releasing tension and promoting a sense of inner harmony and deep relaxation.

What to bring

No prior experience is necessary, but please bring a yoga mat as well as a cushion and eye pillow (optional) to enhance your relaxation. Blankets and bolsters are available for use at the sound healing to help you find a comfortable position and fully de-stress. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself.

What is a sound bath?

Sound baths are immersive musical meditations that encourage different brain waves and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your mind, body and soul. Different instruments are used to promote positive health and wellbeing outcomes and allow people to access a deep state of relaxation. This may include crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls and voice.

  • Help reduce physical pain
  • Improve sleep and restore energy
  • Experience less stress and more inner peace
  • More clarity and balance
  • Stronger immune system
  • Improved memory and concentration
