Women's Circle, Yin + Sound - East Freo - Sat 27 June & more dates

Welcome to our beautiful women's circle

Our intention with these events is CONNECTION. We live such disconnected lives in the Western world, so we've created a gentle (and also fun!) space to connect with nature, ourselves and other women. Our circles are an opportunity for you to connect with yourself and each other. When women come together, powerful healing occurs. 

Join our community of like-minded women and you'll be surrounded with new friends in no time!

Join our girls' night and enjoy:

• A guided meditation with sound healing by experienced sound healing practitioner
• Yin yoga with certified yoga teacher
• Welcoming share circle / check-in to connect (optional to share)
• Ritual and ceremony - tarot, sage, intention setting, etc
• Heart-opening ceremonial cacao
• Support from a menstrual cycle coach (it doesn't matter if you're not menstruating or post-menopause)

EXCHANGE: $40 (early bird) $50 (late bird) or two for $70 (bring a friend or 2x circles)

Refund policy

Tickets are non-refundable, however, they can be transferred to a future circle if you provide more than 48 hours' notice. If you need to cancel less than 48 hours of the event, you can transfer your ticket to a 90-minute sound bath instead. Contact Lyndal at at freowomenscircle@gmail.com

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR

Lyndal is a certified yoga teacher, experienced sound healing practitioner, menstrual cycle coach and facilitator. She's been running women's circles since 2020 and loves the way they weave together presence, sacred ritual, laughter and connection.
