Tickets & Registration — All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee by contacting us in advance. LSNI reserves the right to amend the programme, speakers, or schedule as necessary.

Photography & Media — By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for LSNI's promotional and social media purposes. Please let us know in advance if you do not wish to be included.

Code of Conduct — LSNI is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful.

Cancellation by LSNI — In the unlikely event that LSNI needs to cancel the gala, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. LSNI is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel or accommodation.
