What is Liquid Gold?

Liquid Gold is a new paradigm in sound healing and an audio journey led by Johny Dar’s original language and extraordinary vocals.

Liquid Gold events combine the Liquid Gold sound journey with a carefully crafted combination of movement and dance, and an intention to heal, awaken and elevate the community and share good vibes among the tribe.

The Liquid Gold Sound Journey

The Liquid Gold journey is 90 minutes - 30 minutes of movement and dance, followed by 60 minutes of the Liquid Gold sound bath.

We provide some yoga mats as well as optional pillows and eye masks for the sound bath, but feel free to bring your own mats and something cosy like a warm jumper or a blanket.

We have your wellbeing at heart. That is why we are here to begin with! Please note that everyone will remain on their own (socially distanced) mat for the duration of the journey. If you would like to bring a face covering you are welcome to, although they are not mandatory. Hand sanitiser will be available at the door of the venue.

There are limited places so please reserve your place by booking your ticket in advance.

Doors will open from 7pm. Please ensure that you arrive before 7.30pm as the doors will close when the session begins. You are welcome to stay for tea and sharing / integration after the session until the venue closes at 10pm.
