Heart Song Sangha £11

WELCOME! to our Sweet Soulful Sangha. A place of play, creativity, sound, silence, refuge and joy. A place to lean in to edges of the voice that may be holding you back from authentic expression AND a space where if you wish to simply be in the Sound and Song and do nothing other than to receive thats fine and very welcome too.

We gather in the candelit house of the hobbit! at 6.30pm. Bring a log for the fire,  a cushion, a bottle of water, a shaker, an instrument, a poem, a song, any or all of the above. All that is really needed is a willing heart to explore this cocreated circle we weave together.

Zero singing experience necessary

Cacao will be served at £3 per person, for a medium dose. Payment for the cacao on the night, cash only.
