Join Lise Lorentzen for a fun online zoom rosemaling class for advanced beginners and beyond. This will be a great class for those that are interested in painting a fun geometric Hallingdal design. Lise will discuss design aspects, brushstroke technique, line work, and much more in this class. Antiquing will be covered as well. This class also includes a pattern packet, palette instruction and supply list that will be sent via pdf. file email.  Lise will also provide extra videos and scans as needed for the class.

This class will be taught on two non consecutive nights from 7-10 PM EST. The class will also be recorded. You do not need to attend the live class.

The project for this class is a 12" double nordic  plate that is available at numerous sites. Please feel free to paint upon your own surface  or a practice surface as well.  Details for where to order the plate will come in a follow up email.

This class will be taught in acrylics, but oil painters are welcome as well! Palette instruction for both acrylic and oils will be included.

This class will be recorded and you will receive the recording via an  unlisted YouTube video for you to refer back to. Scans of my work will
also be forwarded to the class as well. You do not need to attend this class live in order to receive the recording and extra material sent out wit
this class.

Lise Lorentzen has been rosemaling since the age of 11 and has been blessed with having worked with many of the wonderful rosemaling artists from Norway and America. Her work may be found throughout the United States and Norway due to the business that she had with her father from the age of 15-25, and her commission work that has continued to present day. Her expertise covers many styles of rosemaling. Lise has been awarded nationally numerous times through Vesterheim:Norwegian American Museum, and is half way towards a Gold Medal. Her work has been displayed in various museums and gallery's and she has an active social medial presence on Facebook (Artoflise1), Instagram (Art of Lise) and on YouTube (Rosemaling by Art of Lise).
