"The Beginner's Mind": A Wellbeing Writing Workshop
Getting things down on the page can unclutter the mind and throw up fresh perspectives and possibilities. Inspired by the Zen Buddhist concept of the beginner’s mind, this workshop encourages a curious and playful approach to creative writing, with invitations to write and share your words in a non-judgemental space.
The workshop will be shaped by a series of short activities and aims to offer techniques which participants can takeaway with them and use to develop their own journalling practice. No previous experience is necessary. All writing forms are welcome.
Tickets are limited so book soon!
