For our next trick, Books Uncorked heads to the heart of the island for an evening of words & wine at Bohemian Bookbar, an independent bookshop and café-lounge in Costix just made for lingering over books, wine and sweet conversation.

Books Uncorked is a modern twist on the classic literary salon, where we pair a piece of literature that shaped culture with a curated flight of wines designed to mirror the atmosphere of the text—and experience literature as a launchpad for deeper discussion along the way!

For our October gathering, we’re diving into the blurry line between freedom and responsibility: exploring where our sense of right and wrong comes from, who teaches us where the line is, and what happens when we cross it.

Hosted by Macmillan author and literary agent Arizona Bell and decades-seasoned wine expert Amy Dunn, in collaboration with the enchanting Bohemian Bookbar, the evening will pair a provocative classic with thoughtfully curated wines and an evening created for lively, intellectual conversation.
