Little Bird Bakehouse is a small, independent baking business based in Pirton, Hertfordshire, founded by passionate sourdough baker Autumn Pritchard-Barrett.

What began as a home-based micro-bakery, producing thousands of handcrafted sourdough loaves for local customers and gastropubs, has evolved into a place to share the joy of baking.

Through relaxed, friendly and hands-on workshops, Little Bird Bakehouse helps people discover the simple pleasure of making beautiful bread at home.
