Gluten Free Bread Baking Workshop

If you're missing real bread, fed up with small and tearing slices, don't want to eat bread full of sugar, then this workshop is for you.

Together we'll demistify gluten free bread baking.

We'll be baking a sourdough, a tinned sandwich loaf, a focaccia and some cookies.

Light lunch including focaccia, and refreshments will be provided.

The workshop will be held at my micro bakery in Finchley Central.
