On Bastille Day, what better thing to do than rustling up 2 amazing French bakes:
Pistachio and Cherry Financiers
A Chocolate Moelleux, yes that cake with the really soft/runny chocolate middle
Glass of French wine on arrival, and some baguette, butter and cheese to nibble on during the class.
The class will be held at my micro bakery in Finchley Central.
