Gluten Free Christmas Yule Log Workshop

Growing up in Europe, a Yule Log (Buche de Noel) was the thing to have at Christmas time.

We'll be making a chocolate based, flourless yule log, which you'll be decorating the way you want it.

While the cake part cools down, we will tackle the buttercream.

All that while nibbling on some mince pies and gingerbread cookies.

The class will be held at my micro bakery in Finchley Central.
