WHAT TO EXPECT

• 4 weeks of beautiful baby massage - learn techniques to help bond with and soothe your baby, building up to a full body routine week by week

~ Week 2: Tummy & Chest (including a colic routine)

~ Week 3: Arms & Hands

~ Week 4: Face & Back

• A gorgeous welcome bag for each mama & baby

OTHER INFORMATION

The course is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks - crawling.

Baby changing facilities are available in the village hall.

There is a kitchen/kitchenette available for bottle-warming if required.

LOCATION & PARKING

The village hall is located in the centre of the village, next door to The Spotted Ox pub.

There is a car park at the village hall with half a dozen spaces. If you're unable to get parked in the car park, there is plenty of free parking along the main high street of the village.

When you arrive, come through the main entrance door and follow the corridor round, take your first left and The Garden Room is located to the right hand side opposite the toilets.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment and Booking

• A non-refundable payment in full is required upfront to secure your place on the course.

• Payment must be made before the start of the first class.

• Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. This is for insurance purposes and to confirm your booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• If you need to cancel your place before the course begins, 7 days' notice is required for a full refund.

• If you cancel less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the start of the course, a 50% refund will be issued.

• If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the course, no refund will be issued.

• No refunds will be given once the course has started, even if you miss a class.

3. Missed Classes

• If you are unable to attend a class, please inform me as soon as reasonably possible. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

• If a class is cancelled by myself due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness), a make-up class will be scheduled, or a refund will be provided for that session.

4. Health Conditions

• If you or your baby have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns, please inform me before attending the course. This will help ensure the classes are suitable and safe for you.

5. Liability and Safety

• By attending the course, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your own and your baby’s safety during the sessions.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your baby is in good health and you have received the necessary medical clearance before attending.

6. Confidentiality

• All personal information will be kept confidential and used only for communication regarding the course and any other baby massage class-related information. Your data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

7. Instructor's Rights

• I reserve the right to refuse entry or participation in the course if necessary (e.g. health and safety concerns).
  
  
• I may make changes to the schedule or venue if required, but will notify you in advance.
  

8. Class Materials

• All course materials provided, including handouts or additional resources, are for personal use only and must not be distributed or shared without prior consent from myself.

9. Communication

• I will contact you before the course begins with additional details.
