Jacob Trinh X Ūle collaboration
Jacob Trinh x Chef Tim of Ūle: A Collaborative Supper
Philly, this is not your typical tasting menu.
On Sunday, June 22nd, Chef Tim of Ūle lends his precise technique and fire-kissed flair to the playful, deeply personal menu of Chef Jacob Trinh. Together, they’re serving up a one-night-only experience that’s bold, thoughtful, and just a little mischievous.
The evening features a 4-course menu that dances between tradition and reinvention:
-
Bánh Khọt – pork rillette, coconut custard, fresh herbs
-
Gỏi Cá Trích – pickled herring, toasted rice, herbs
-
Bò Lá Lốt – bánh hỏi, mắm nêm, herbs & lettuce
-
Bánh Khoai Mì – toasted rice syrup, lemongrass, peanut
Oh—and did we mention the two secret snacks you’ll encounter along the way? We’re keeping those a surprise, because a little suspense makes things taste better.
Expect communal seating, vibrant storytelling, and food that’s both rooted and rebellious. This is a dinner for the flavor-curious, the culturally hungry, and those who like their supper with a side of attitude.
Two seatings only:
5:00 PM & 7:30 PM
$10 goes towards the total of $95 and the final amount to be payed at the end of the dinner
Seats are limited. Don’t sleep on this.
