BABY MASSAGE FOUNDATIONS (4 WEEK PROGRAM)

*Classes are located in the upstairs room at Sweat Playground. Space for pram parking at bottom of stairs. If you need assistance please let me know. Street Parking available.

BABY MASSAGE FOUNDATIONS 
Be empowered each week as you learn gentle massage techniques to help promote better sleep patterns, ease discomforts from colic and teething, aid digestion, and build sensory foundations, all while giving you both a nurturing experience, enhancing and supporting your bond. Each week you gain an understanding of the incredible benefits, while learning a new routine each week, as well as recapping the previous weeks strokes.  

Provided in each session

• Organic unscented oil to use with your baby (welcome to bring your own if using)
• Hand out of all strokes
• Re-cap of previous weeks massage strokes
• Tummy time mini workshop (valued at $35)
• Introduction to Baby reflexology
• Small group sizes-Max 6
