Farm-to-Flame on Little Portion Farm

Join us for an adult evening of spectacular live-fire cooking and fellowship.

The farm-to-flame-to-table meal, prepared by Vanessa Nino of Plated Endeavors, features fresh produce from Little Portion Farm cooked over an open flame. 

Guests will enjoy: 

• welcome bites with signature cocktail
• soup and salad
• entree
• dessert
• wine and beer bar 

Dinner will be served family style in one of the greenhouses on the farm. Signature cocktail, wine, and beer is included in the ticket price.

Cost: $75/person.

About Little Portion Farm:

Little Portion Farm is a ministry of the Franciscan Friars Conventual in Ellicott City, MD. Using sustainable agriculture methods, more than 30 varieties of fruits and vegetables are grown and harvested to be given to partners serving individuals and families living with food insecurity in Howard County and Baltimore City. Since 2019, the Farm has harvested and donated more than 130,000 pounds of produce. The Farm is a place of gathering, service, reflection, and education for the community, and a space for cultivating a deeper appreciation of the beauty of our world and its interconnectedness.
