September Complete Hypnobirthing Group Course

This is perfect if you are due from November onwards.

This course will give you everything you need to know in order to prepare for a calm and positive birth. 

This group session is limited to 6 couples to allow everyone plenty of time to relax and ask questions. It’s also an excellent way of meeting other couples who are expecting babies.

You will receive: 

• 9 hours of teaching time
• A set of relaxing MP3s
• The Little Birth Company Hypnobirthing Manual
• Continued support via message/phone until the birth of your baby
• A sample birth plan
• A goodie bag containing samples for mother and baby
