🌟 Are you ready to discover the Magic of Little Rosebuds Baby Yoga ?🌟

Little Rosebuds Baby Yoga is based on the same principles as adult yoga; breathing, stretching and relaxation. Baby Yoga classes help babies to stretch and move and discover their own bodies and abilities. For parents, practicing gentle yoga stretches during the class too can also help their body relax and recover after birth. On top of this, it's also a wonderful way to bond with your little one and have fun together by sharing songs and singing lullabies. These beautiful classes offer a combination of movement and relaxation and often include some key baby massage moves which is why yoga can be a great follow-on class after your baby has outgrown the massage classes.

With only 8 spaces per class, my sessions are designed to be intimate and comfortable, ensuring that each parent and baby receives the attention they deserve. Say goodbye to overwhelming crowds and hello to a serene environment where you can relax and connect with your little one, with a hot cuppa and always a tasty treat to go with it. Hidden away in a peaceful little corner of Auckley, my classes take place in my private home studio. Here, every detail is tailored to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the experience fully.

Finally, to make my classes that even more special, the amazingly talented Alexis Stevenson Photography will be joining us at the end of the course on week 4. Let her lens capture the love and joy shared between you and your baby, creating beautiful natural photos that I know you’ll treasure for a lifetime. Terms and Conditions

​Payment is required up front to secure your place - if you should need to miss a class one week, no refunds will be made.

If you wish to cancel the class before the course begins - 7 days notice is required for a FULL refund -  less than 7 days notice a 50% refund will be given.

I will be in touch with you once payment has been paid and then again a week before the first session. Once your payment has been received I will send a confirmation email. This is purely for insurance purposes. I will also send you some additional information, including directions to my house, where to park and my full contact details.
