Has your school been using the SEND programme for at least a term and you're ready for some more support?

We are excited to announce our new 2 hour Little Wandle Live Support for SEND.

Led by Champion School, St Giles, this online session will focus on their journey of using the SEND programme within their Special School.

Places are limited, so that there is plenty of time for discussion, reflection and your questions. There will also be the opportunity to get bespoke support for your setting.

 You will:

  • learn more about implementation and organisation of the Little Wandle SEND programme
  • focus on how you can develop your reading culture in a SEND setting
  • have time to discuss your questions with other schools and our training team
  • be supported with how best to use the SEND programme in your context.

Who should come:

  • Special schools who have been using the Little Wandle SEND programme for at least a full term
  • we encourage two senior leaders with responsibility for reading and Little Wandle implementation to attend

Important note: All attendees must have a working camera and microphone to allow full engagement and participation in the session. If you do not have access to these, you will be asked to leave and attend another event.

Anyone teaching the SEND programme should complete the SEND initial training module (in addition to the main initial training modules) and attend a Getting started: SEND live webinar before using the SEND programme. Once you have been using the programme for at least a term, please do book onto a Little Wandle Live Support for SEND session.
