Getting started: Reading Leaders

Who is it for?
All staff who are new to the Reading Leader role or new to Little Wandle.

What will we get out of it?
This session follows on from the Little Wandle core programme initial training and is an excellent opportunity to plan how to get started in your role as Reading Leader. The Reading Leader Essentials series of webinars complements this session.

We will focus on:

• organising and timetabling key elements of the programme, including daily phonics sessions and reading practice sessions
• ensuring staff are fully prepared, including organising and managing resources
• understanding the practical steps to get the programme up and running consistently across the school.

This webinar will be recorded and added to the Ongoing CPD area of the Little Wandle website as soon as possible after it has taken place.
