We spend our lives communicating, yet most of us weren’t taught to consistently think deliberately about how we connect, listen, understand, and respond to one another.

Contextualizing communication within the systems that surround it allows you to more easily approach conversations as the shared process of meaning-making that they are. Bring to this highly interactive session a conversation you know you need to have (yet may be reluctant to have) and leave with insights you can apply right away.

This is the prototype testing phase for the 4A+ Communication Framework, which is built on years of real-world experience with leaders around the globe and supported by research. We need your help to discern the clarity and helpfulness of this framework as well as your opinions about anticipated activities to make it tangible and useful.
