The Fermenter Meetup: October 7th
Join The Fermenter meetup on October 7 from 11-12:30 online via Zoom
In our first three sessions, we dove into hurdles discussing problems that get in the way of telling a strong collective story for our sustainable wine industry. These sessions were energetic with great feedback and ideas. Last meeting we started brainstorming next steps for a collective marketing campaign.
Our next October 7 meeting will be a little different than normal! As requested by the group, Isabelle will be hosting a LIVE Tastemaking Training for the group. This is a 1-hour presentation with room for questions and a short exercise at the end where break down the history of LIVE, the perimeters of our program, walk through a variety of LIVE examples in practice, and share ways to talk about LIVE with consumers. This is open to any and all to attend and we encourage all the questions.
Additionally, at the beginning of the session, we will be sharing an exciting new LIVE marketing campaign and how you can be a part of it.
Agenda:
11:00 - 11:05: Recap of Fermenter for new attendees
11:05 - 11:20: New LIVE Retail Marketing Campaign - how you can be a part of it
11:20 - 12:15: LIVE Tastemaker Training - learn about the history of LIVE, impact metrics, & how to talk about LIVE with consumers
12:15 - 12:30: Questions/Discussion
What is the Fermenter?
The Ferementer is a LIVE community think tank for marketing sustainable wine. We are hosting a regular series of collaborative sessions for LIVE members to discuss identity, branding, marketing, sales, and anything else that may help you to communicate your sustainable efforts to your customers. Meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month and serve as a space where we can bring together ideas, hurdles, and wins, creating opportunities for inspiration, support, and the potential for us to collaborate on larger campaigns and marketing projects for sustainable wine.
Who should join?
As these sessions will be focused on innovation for marketing sustainable wine, this would be a great program for the sales and marketing staff of LIVE certified vineyards and wineries to join. There is no limit to how many of your employees can join – all who are interested are encouraged to attend!
This may also be a great opportunity for leaders in marketing, PR, and regional wine and tourism groups who are interested in learning more about our impressive local sustainable wine movement.
