Rendezvous

Rendezvous is an intentionally curated sanctuary for creatives to connect, reflect, and reset.

On Sunday 25th October, LYF welcomes 20 people into WellNest to slow down, listen deeply and reconnect.

11AM – 12:15PM | CONNECT
We begin in the café.

Settle into the space, grab something to eat or drink and let the energy exchange begin.

Questions 4 LYF and the Black Book will live within the space for anyone who wants to go a little deeper.

12:15PM – 1:15PM | REFLECT
We move into the studio for one hour of deep listening curated by TINHO.

The session unfolds as a sonic journey exploring ancestral connection, the hero’s journey, spiritual rebirth and a mother’s prayer, before returning with the clarity and agency of the world builder.

Scent signals the shift. Our World Builder incense grounds the room, with journal postcards available for anyone who feels called to write.

1:15PM onwards | RESET
The journey continues through rest & recovery.

Guests with spa access can continue the experience in the WellNest facilities, including:

Saunas
Cold plunges
Jacuzzi hot tub
Red light recovery room

No further programming. Just space to decompress at your own pace.
