YOGA IN THE VINES- LIVE YOUR TRUTH YOGA & SAINT CROIX VINEYARDS

Join us in the beautiful Saint Croix Vineyards for a 60 minute all levels vinyasa flow practice led by Live Your Truth Yoga & Lifestyle Director RYT-500 Sarah Cherry.  

This experience will include:

• Creative and intelligent themes and sequencing honoring function anatomy.
• Beginner friendly Breathwork/Pranayama to help you relax and release stress and tension.
• Mini Sound Bath Savasana with crystal singing bowls.
• A glass of Saint Croix Vineyard wine of your choice. (Dry Red wines are not included)

What to bring:

• Your own mat and any props you like to support your practice (blocks/strap/bolster/blanket.)
• Water bottle
• Dress for outdoor practice in the vineyard.
• Sunscreen/bug spray

*I do have a limited number of extra mats available for rent. ($2 per rental)

Please arrive by 9:50am as we will walk to our special practice spot within the vineyard. We will meet near the big red barn building right next to the main parking lot before class.

Weather

These will be outdoor classes and if weather becomes an issue we will need to cancel class for the day. If this is the case you will get credit to any other classes for this season or next season. If this is not possible a refund will be issued on a case by case basis.

If the weather is questionable and you are unsure if class will be held feel free to reach out to Sarah at 612-799-1861. If class is to be canceled you will receive an email by 9am Sunday.
