Coming H{OM}e Retreat

January 12-17th

The Caribbean of Costa Rica is one of the most abundantly beautiful places on the planet. This setting allows for deep listening, connection to nature and invites us to slow down and reconnect to our own inner environment as well.

In this retreat you will have the opportunity to unplug from the things in life that are no longer serving your greatest good and a chance to reconnect to the authentic magic and gifts you may have forgotten along the way.

We will call upon tools of yoga asana, pranayama, mudra, mantra, meditation, indigenous ceremony/ritual, sound healing, and ayurveda to guide our journey. It our goal that these practices are things you bring home with you to help cultivate peace and authenticity in your day to day life.

RETREAT INCLUDES

• *6 days 5 nights accommodation at gorgeous sea and jungle private boutique retreat Casa Firefly.
• *Ground transport from SJO international airport.
• *3 Vegetarian meals daily prepared by on-site private chef. (Optional protein can be added to your package by request with fee.)
• *Daily Yoga practice (vinyasa, yin, nidra), pranayama, mudra, mantra, and guided meditation.
• *Bri Bri Indigenous cultural tour, Cacao making, authentic lunch and guided waterfall excursion.
• *Sacred Cacao Ceremony with local guide. Including story telling, Sound, Mantra, Intention setting and a cup of ceremonial cacao (A gentle plant medicine.)
• *Sound healing experience paired with Restorative Yoga with local Healer.
• *Beach Fire Ritual to release old patterns.
