4-5-Self Love Flow Vinyasa Yoga Practice 
6  Blue Lotus Sunset Sound Bath

TUESDAY

9- Morning Heart & Hip opening practice (Unstruck/Anahata)
12-Lunch
130-Uptown Sedona Exploration (Opportunity for Body Work Sessions, Aura Photography & Reading, Reiki, Numerology or Shopping)
430- Airport Mesa Vortex-Guided Gratitude Meditation (Optional hike of loop 3.3 miles)
630-Dinner out (salt rock or 89 agave)
