Join us for a nurturing 2-hour journey designed to gently awaken your inner goddess through flowing movement and earth-inspired creativity.

🌷Part 1: Ethereal Goddess Yoga Flow (60 min)

We'll begin with a slow, graceful Vinyasa flow—anchored in breath and presence. This class is designed to open the heart, calm the mind, and guide you into a deeper connection with your feminine essence. Expect gentle sequences, spacious transitions, and a tranquil atmosphere.

🌷Part 2: Flower Crown Creation (60 min)

After movement, we'll gather in sacred circle to create delicate flower crowns using fresh blooms and natural textures. This peaceful, meditative activity invites beauty, creativity, and intentional self-expression.

👸🏽 All flower crown materials are lovingly provided and of course you keep your beautiful crown.
