ENERGY EXCHANGE: $75 per person

Your true north is your internal compass unique to you and only you, representing who you are at your deepest level. True north is a sense of being at home within yourself.

Enjoy a day with LIVE YOUR TRUTH YOGA along the shores of Perch Lake in the Beautiful Homstend Park Lands just outside Hudson, Wisconsin.

Through practices of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound bath, time to hike, swim, kayak, paddle board or just relax you have an opportunity to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect to YOU.

Day Schedule

*There is a $10 per vehicle fee to enter the park if you don't already have the annual state park pass. If you're interested in carpool let me know.

9:30 Arrive at Park Lands, Coffee/Tea/Water/Fruit provided

10 Yin Yoga & Sound Bath Session

11:15 Break

11:30 Box Breathwork (In-Q Poem) + Journaling Inner Inquiry

12:30 Vinyasa Power Flow

1:30 Lunch Break (Bring your own lunch)

2 Free time to hike, swim, kayak, paddle board, relax in nature

330 Vinyasa Slow Flow + Metta Meditation

430 Mandala Co-Creation + Closing Circle



WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat and any props

• Journal and pen/pencil

• Snacks/light lunch

• Water bottle

• Cash if you would like to rent paddle boards/Kayaks ($10 for rental)

• Swimsuit , towel, sunscreen

• Dress in layers

• Bug spray

• Open heart and mind!
