📢 The People’s Emergency Briefing: Join us for a special community screening

In collaboration with Lordswood Residents and Community Association, Living Lordswood is pleased to be to be hosting a community screening of 'The People’s Emergency Briefing'.  We are screening the film at 4pm with a second showing at 7pm. All are welcome to this event but seats are free but limited, so you are strongly advised to book your place. Since this is a community event, why not bring some friends, neighbours or family members to come with you? Everyone is welcome.

After an eye-opening 50-minutes film featuring nine leading UK scientists and experts, there will be an open discussion about what it means for our community and what we can do locally. 

We will be looking at the latest evidence for climate change and why it matters for things like:

🌧️ Extreme weather
🍞 Food security
🏥 Health
💷 Cost of living

The film is based on the National Emergency Briefing in Westminster (featured by ITV, Channel 4 and The Times) with appearances from Chris Packham, Deborah Meaden, and a range of voices from across the UK.
