I've spent 34+ years supporting people into greater personal empowerment and authentic community through Mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and Focusing and other Somatic-Presence related approaches.

I am a CNVC Certified NVC Trainer, BFA Focusing Teacher, Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher, and former Associate Mindfulness Teacher at Cambridge University, and current guest lecturer and mindfulness teacher there.

My passion lies in integrating inner transformation with outer activism—helping create the regenerative, collaborative,  nonviolent world we need through grassroots community building and personal healing work, to make a difference we might yearn for.
