Settle into the soothing vibrations of Rosa’s Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the sounds to wash over you and create a space for deep rest and relaxation. Alongside the sound bath, Alex will offer gentle Reiki energy healing, supporting you to soften, restore and reconnect with yourself.

For September, Autumn Equinox: A Time to Gather, Reflect & Return to Yourself As we approach the Autumn Equinox 2026, a moment of balance between light and darkness, we invite you to pause and take stock of everything you have experienced, created and learned this year.

Like the harvest, this is a time to gather what you have cultivated throughout 2026 - to celebrate what has blossomed, acknowledge what has challenged you, and gently release what is no longer serving you. Through the nurturing energy of Rose, traditionally associated with love and the heart, we create space to explore the patterns we carry within ourselves.

With 2 hours in the garden with cacao, sound healing and Reiki, you are invited to slow down, reconnect with your body, recognise recurring patterns, and move towards greater self-understanding, acceptance and compassion. This is not about fixing yourself. It is about meeting yourself exactly where you are.

Rosa Chen, an intuitive healer from Indonesia now based in the UK, blends ancient wisdom with heartfelt care as a Tibetan bowl sound bath practitioner and tarot reader. Gentle and deeply attuned, she guides those feeling stuck, drained, or seeking clarity in relationships, work, or life. Her otherworldly grounding Tibetan moonlight bowls melt heaviness, inviting profound calm and renewal, while her compassionate tarot readings offer accurate, resonant insights that spark purpose and transformation. Clients call her sessions deeply healing, instantly relaxing, and life-affirming genuine, caring, immensely talented.

Alexandra Cotter is an intuitive Jikiden Reiki practitioner and energy healer, with over 13 years of experience. Through gentle touch, or working just above the body, Alex works in collaboration with universal life energy to support deep relaxation, ease stress, quieten the mind and gently release energetic blocks. Her sessions offer a nurturing space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and allow a sense of inner peace and calm to return.

Alex is also the co-founder of Living Vital Community Garden, which she created with her partner over 11 years ago as a welcoming space for people from all walks of life to connect with nature, community and the earth through growing food organically. Alongside her Reiki practice, Alex is a trainee medical herbalist and plant communicator, and her deep love and connection with our natural world naturally weave through her healing work.
