Face to Face Constellation Day

These sessions support us in finding our courage, inner resources and resilience to stand for ourselves and those we love, in our authenticity.

Join us on a day of family constellations to let go of ties that bind you and others to past family stories, behaviours and patterns that were maybe helpful once upon a time, but no longer serve you. 

Family constellations help you to notice repeating patterns in your family of divorce, adoption, money struggles and many other of life's obstacles that keep you stuck.  Participating in a family constellation can bring movement and open up new ideas about how to take action in life.

Join as a Representative and take part in constellations, where you may represent someone's family member, or some other element in their family system.  Participating as a representative almost always brings a lot of learning and insight into your personal situation, without having to say too much about your own family.  Serving as a representative helps you build your courage, trust in your own intuition and experience  belonging and acceptance in a group.
