The Cardiff Half Marathon is the largest mass participant event in Wales with over 27,500 registered runners.

The predominantly flat, fast course appeals to runners of all abilities, on a route that takes in some of Cardiff’s most iconic scenery including Cardiff Castle, the Principality Stadium, and Cardiff Bay.

Register your interest here to run for Llamau in the 2027 Cardiff Half Marathon:

Participants receive:

• A Llamau t-shirt or vest upon registration
• Regular communication with our fundraising team
• Post race celebration with Team Llamau
• A winner's medal once you've completed the half marathon
• A supporter pack to help you with your fundraising journey
• Support from loudest cheering station on route
• The opportunity to raise much needed funds to help Llamau keep supporting young people, women and children across Wales.

As soon as we have our allocation of places confirmed you will be notified if you have been successful. So, it is important to register your interest with us as soon as possible as we will then allocate the places on a first come basis.

To be as fair as possible this will be allocated on a first come basis.

For everyone who is successful in gaining an allocated place, your allocation will be held for 14days, after which time if payment has not been received we will pass the allocation onto the person(s) at the top of the waiting list.
