This online training session will be delivered by Mandy Goodenough (Principal Child and Families Social Worker) and Sandy Dhesi (Advanced Social Work Practitioner) both from Leicestershire County Councils Practice Excellence Team.

By the end of the session attendees will have:

• An understanding of social graces and their importance of working with children, young people and families.
• An understanding of what cultural genograms are and how to create them.
• An understanding of how these tools can be used in relation to trauma and trauma-informed practice.
• Having a go at creating a cultural genogram.
