• Shea Butter Manicure with Georgia Rae & Team — £35 Spend 1.5 hours 1-to-1 with renowned London manicurist Georgia Rae and her team, known for their refined approach to nails and beauty. Discover your perfect Christmas shade, from timeless festive reds and rich burgundies to understated neutrals, with a professional Bio Sculpture manicure. Your £35 experience is fully redeemable against L’Occitane product purchased on the day of your visit. Note: Please arrive with bare nails or existing gel only. We are unable to remove or work over SNS/dip powder, acrylics, extensions.

• Almond Better Being Workshop with Ksenija Selivanova — £25 Take a moment to pause with Ksenija Selivanova, a facialist, body treatment specialist and health coach known for her holistic approach to beauty and wellbeing. Her 45-minute, almond-scented, guided session with intimate groups of 8, will introduce simple techniques and rituals to help you find moments of calm throughout the festive season — a joyful time that can also feel wonderfully busy. Your £25 experience is fully redeemable against L’Occitane product purchased on the day of your visit.

• Festive Tablescaping Workshop with Jess Garland-Blake — £25 Join Jess Garland-Blake for a 45-minute interactive workshop in groups of 8, exploring the art of creating a beautifully considered festive table. Discover how to bring together colour, texture, scent, light and seasonal details to create a setting that feels special, with inspiration to take home for your own Christmas celebrations. Your £25 experience is fully redeemable against L’Occitane product purchased on the day of your visit.

Entry to La Maison de Noël is complimentary, but advance booking is required.

9am–10am | 10am–11am | 11am–12pm | 12pm–1pm | 2pm–3pm | 3pm–4pm | 4pm–5pm | 5pm–6pm

Please note there is a short closure between 1pm and 2pm.

Your arrival window indicates when to arrive at La Maison de Noël. You are welcome to take your time exploring the house and enjoying the experiences throughout your visit.

Your entry ticket includes access to La Maison de Noël, the festive installations, drink, and a L’Occitane goodie bag.

The Bio Sculpture Manicure, Better Being and Festive Tablescaping workshops are optional paid experiences and must be reserved separately.

Spaces for the additional experiences are limited, so we recommend reserving your preferred experience in advance.

Accessibility & Venue Information

Please note that there are stairs to and from the venue, and all special experiences are located on the first floor and are only accessible via a staircase. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated space at the venue to store buggies, pushchairs or other large items, so we kindly ask that you make arrangements to leave these at home where possible. If you have any accessibility requirements or questions before booking, please contact us ahead of your visit and we will be happy to help.
