🛡️ 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM | STANDARD ENTRY The main event doors swing open for everyone! Enjoy full access to the premier trading floor, the Retro Games Room, plus access the food and drink outlets. Spend your afternoon surrounded by the premier Pokémon community in Guildford!

Power up like a Snorlax at our on-site food truck! We are bringing in a special food truck serving delicious, energy-packed meals. Plus quench your thirst between trades with a wide variety of cold refreshments and specialty drinks available all day from the Lock Inn Bar or our on-site Cafe.

NOTE: THE MAIN HALL HAS A CAPACITY OF 200 TO ALLOW SAFE MOVEMENT IN THE VENUE SO AT PEAK TIMES IT IS POSSIBLE YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A SHORT TIME FOR ENTRY

PARKING - We have limited parking on site, but Slyfield Industrial Estate has free parking all day on Sunday. So if you can't park at our site you'll only have a short distance to walk to the venue.

📋 Lock Inn: Terms & Conditions

1. Ticketing & Entry

• Age Restriction: This is a family event with no age restrictions. Valid photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) may be required for bar access. Please be respectful.
• Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specific date stated. Please ensure you have your digital or printed ticket ready on entry.
• No Re-entry: For security purposes, a "no re-entry" policy may be in effect once the evening event has kicked off.

2. Venue & Safety

• Event Windows: Please note the "Event Window" times.
• Conduct: Aggressive behavior, foul language, or any form of discrimination will result in immediate ejection without a refund.

3. Alcohol & Refreshments

• Licensing: Lockwood Studios operates a Full Licensed Bar. We operate a "Challenge 25" policy.
• Outside Food/Drink: No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the venue. Street food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site.

4. Refunds & Support

• Refund Policy: Tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. Refunds will be issued minus the booking fee or by issuing a voucher for a future events at the venues discretion.
• Proceeds: All ticket proceeds directly support Lockwood Studios. By purchasing a ticket, you are contributing to our local creative community.
• Media: By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes related to Lockwood Studios.
