Start your Friday evening with a welcome drink before indulging in beautifully prepared sushi and our much-loved Sticks platters from the award-winning Mizu Pan-Asian Restaurant. Savour delicate sushi creations and signature grilled skewers while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding fells and cascading falls.

Talented saxophonist Paddy Higginson will provide the soundtrack to the evening, his smooth, soulful sound creating a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere.
