In The Moment with Ruth Bratt

The London Improvathon team is excited to offer this Saturday intensive workshop with 50 hour player Ruth Bratt.

We all know that improvisers are meant to live in the moment, but how often do we find ourselves thinking about what is going to happen next, or what has just happened?  And any time we are thinking about those things we aren’t in the moment of what is happening.  

How do we stay in the moment?  Or if we can’t stay in the moment, how do we become comfortable with that?   

Ruth offers you a day of being in the now, rather than the then or the will be or the what if….   

By the end of the session you will be more equipped to be present, responding precisely to what is rather than what might be/could be/should be.  

We suggest a minimum 18 months experience with short form or narrative long form improv is appropriate to take this class. 

You must be proficient in foundation performance skills.

There will be a short morning and afternoon comfort break and a 30 minute lunch break.
