Black Communities Health & Wellbeing Day – Inspire 2025

🎉 Saturday 25 October | 11 AM –  4 PM| St Mark’s Church, Kennington 🎉

We’re excited to announce the return of Inspire – our 4th Black Communities Health & Wellbeing Day!
This FREE family-friendly event, hosted by Lambeth Council and Lambeth Together, is all about supporting the health and wellbeing of Lambeth’s Black African and Caribbean communities and is sponsored by the Caribbean and African Health Network [CAHN] ❤️

What to expect:
🩺 Free health checks – blood pressure, diabetes, and cardiovascular screening, plus advice on staying active and looking after your health.
🥘 Delicious African & Caribbean food – freshly cooked and completely free.
🎶 Live DJ & uplifting music – celebrating Black culture and community.
🎨 Fun activities for all ages – get involved and enjoy.
🚎 Lambeth’s Health & Wellbeing Bus – on hand with health advice and local support services.

Health professionals from our local NHS teams will be available throughout the day, ready to answer your questions, give guidance, and help you take steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

💡 Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us before, you’ll find a warm welcome, a vibrant atmosphere, and practical support for your health journey.

🌍 Let’s come together as a community to celebrate, connect, and prioritise our health and wellbeing—because it’s time to thrive!
