London Walk 2024 (repeat)

The London Branch are pleased to announce a repeat of their 2024 Annual London Walk on Wednesday 24th July 2024 at 6.15pm. This year we have moved our base to Covent Garden and will be exploring more secrets of that area of London. As usual, we will be led by a qualified guide who is also a Bristol Graduate.

We shall meet outside Tiffany & Co, opposite the exit to Covent Garden Underground station at 6:15pm. We, as usual, will leave for the walk at 6.30pm SHARP. We will explore the area at a leisurely pace for 90 minutes and finish at an historic London Tavern where a chicken supper will be provided (drinks at your own cost). There will be a vegetarian option - please indicate your preference on the form. Please note that we cannot accept refund requests after noon 17 July 2024.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
London Underground is probably best. Just come to the station. Parking in the area is extremely limited.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds after 17 July 2024 noon.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Not necessarily. Showing the ticket on a phone is fine. Save the trees.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, but please bring a printed ticket if this is the case. Or email in advance so we know who to expect.
If I am running late on the evening, what do I do?
Leave a message with the organiser on 07734958845. We realise this could be an issue if you are stuck underground.
The end time is more than 90 minutes after the start time, why?
The event ends when you want it to. The end time listed is simply to incorporate the pub.
