London Alumni Carol Service 2025

The London Branch of the University of Bristol Alumni proudly announce the Eleventh Annual Carol Service for Bristol Alumni. The traditional service of well known Carols and seven Readings will be held as usual in the delightful Wren Church of St. Vedast-alias-Foster near St Paul's Cathedral. All readers are alumni of the University of Bristol. For this year we will have our own choir consisting of University of Bristol Alumni.

The service will be followed by a selection of wine / non-alcoholic drinks and a cold buffet snack in the church. Admission is by ticket only, which includes refreshments afterwards.

The nearest station to the church is St Paul’s on the Central Line. Leave the station by EXIT 1 following the signs to Foster Lane. On reaching the surface continue with a glass fronted building on your left. Shortly you will be in Foster Lane and the Church will be immediately in front of you. There is very limited car parking in the City. We can arrange for disabled access to be available to the church if we are notified in advance. There is an option on the order form for this. Please be in your seats by 6:15pm and note there will be a retiring collection in aid of the Church.

For next year (14 December 2026) we would like to select an alumni 'Reader' from this year's attendees. If you are interested please bring along a business card (or similar) and we will collect after the service.
