Open, strengthen, stretch and build resilience in your body and mind with a six-week course in yoga and meditation. We'll be using the Four Foundations of Mindfulness as our guide, moving through an awareness of the body, breath, sensations and mind to find more freedom and release. The course is suitable for newcomers or those who want to refresh their knowledge of the basics of yoga and meditation.
