About this event
Each year the London Careers Festival spotlights the many routes into a career in the Square Mile.
Partners this year include New London Architecture to spotlight companies in engineering, architecture, and construction; Young Professionals to spotlight companies in law, finance, and tech; and the City of London Corporation to spotlight companies in business, marketing, and the creative industries.
New London Architecture and the Young Professionals
New London Architecture (NLA) is London's built environment community with member businesses that span engineering, construction, urban design, and architecture. NLA partner with the London Careers Festival year-on-year. Previous exhibitors have included Hoare Lea engineering consultants, Maylim landscape architects, and PlanBEE provider of apprenticeships in design, engineering, and construction.
Young Professionals (YP) is the UK and Ireland's largest student network exploring careers and next steps. YP partner with the likes of Deloitte, Legal & General, Linklaters, Amazon, and World Wide Technology. YP stalls at the Careers & Apprenticeships Expo will showcase the law, finance, and tech industries.
The Careers & Apprenticeships Expo is suitable for young people in Years 10 and above, KS4-5, and up to age 25.

About London Careers Festival
The London Careers Festival is a free annual event that aims to inspire young Londoners, from primary to post-16, to consider Square Mile connected careers, particularly those who experience barriers to those careers.
Booking places for your school - Please make the best estimate of the teacher and pupil tickets needed. You will be allowed to make small increases or decreases to the number of tickets before the end of the autumn term.
Showing your ticket and confirming actual pupil numbers - You only need to show one QR code or booking confirmation and your lead teacher will be asked to confirm how many pupils are in attendance.
IMPORTANT – Photography and Filming Permissions
Please note that recording and photography will be taking place across all events and you must attain the correct permissions for your pupils. Attendance at the festival is acceptance of this requirement. Any individuals who cannot appear in promotional media must be managed by the school as festival staff will not be able to track this.
