This September we encourage you to do more of what brings you joy!

We’re thrilled to introduce a special wellbeing event, co-hosted by London Girls Book Club and Counterpoise Wellness.

Join us for a fabulous evening created to fill your cup, abundant with inspiration and meaningful connections!

What to expect:

The event begins with an expert therapist-guided workshop led by Jess Harrison, co-founder of Counterpoise and Director of Therapeutics, who will walk you through a powerful journaling session designed to make you feel empowered, inspired and connected to yourself. Next Caitlin Curry, founder of London Girls Book Club will guide a feel-good book swap session where you will gift and receive an empowering book from a fellow attendee. Plus, enjoy plenty of photo opportunities, gifts from our brand partners and exclusive access to the battersea bookshop after hours.

Where and when?

Date: Wednesday 18th September

Location: Battersea Bookshop (in the actual book shop!)

• Welcome! Meet & Greet: 5:30pm-6pm

• Journalling Empowerment Workshop led by Jess Harrison co-founder of Counterpoise: 6pm-7pm

• EMPOWER & CONNECT Book Swap Session: led by Caitlin founder of London Girls Book Club: 7pm-7:30pm. (Please bring with you a book that has made you feel empowered).

Post event optional drinks / dinner:

Location: Megan's Battersea Power Station

As always with LGBC events we will head out afterwards for drinks and nibbles. This time we have booked a table at the gorgeous Meghans by Battersea Power Station. We find this is such a lovely way to foster our new found connections and facilitate conversations continuing long after our event! We welcome you with open arms to join us for this too.
