Ticket price includes a free vegan meal cooked on a woodfire and free tea & coffee. No license - BYO.

We are a pop-up festival celebrating live-action films and their makers and causes from London’s green spaces. Our work lies at the intersection of cities, filmmaking, and nature.  Docs and shorts about nature and greening activities across London, from personal stories and nature conservation to urban gardening, outdoor wellbeing, and campaigning for nature-based solutions. Through rare film screenings and thought-provoking talks, we explore these themes through the eyes of filmmakers and the everyday heroes of the city’s green spaces.

Our target audience spans film lovers, environmental enthusiasts, divers urban residents seeking nature connection, students, young professionals, and community groups focused on local green initiatives. We also aim to reach educational institutions, local government representatives, filmmakers, and families seeking educational entertainment.

  • Connecting to Urban Nature – Films about experiencing and engaging with nature (video portraits, documentaries, experimental).
  • Wilding the City – Stories about fostering and conserving biodiversity (documentaries).
  • Growing Urban Food – Films on public and community gardens (documentaries).
  • Campaigns- Films and reels from groups committed to saving urban green spaces

Ticket holders will be able to view most films online after the event.

This event is part of grow Urban Festival supported by London National Park City.
